Roman Malach has been active in the field of valuation more than 10 years. His specialization is valuation of companies. He has experience in the valuation in connection with acquisitions, corporate transformations and due diligence projects. Furthermore he has experience in processing expertise for the needs of the court in the insolvency proceedings.

Roman graduated from the Mendel University in Brno. He is a valuation expert registered with the Municipal Court in Prague.

He regularly attends in professional seminars and is interested in ​​financial analysis and controlling too. He speaks Czech and English.
