Mazars Tax View - November 2016

Dear readers,

I am pleased to introduce to you the new issue of our tax newsletter. In the first article we deal with the findings of the Constitutional Court, in which it discusses the theme of a concurrence of functions, which was the subject of frequent debate over the course of the last few years.

Another theme is, for example, the taxation of working pensioners in the light of the fresh finding of the Constitutional Court and the effects of the new customs law on the method of reporting cross-border deliveries of goods within Intrastat.

A separate contribution is dedicated to the areas that will probably be affected by the planned and relatively large amendment to the Labour Code.

I trust that our articles will be informative for you and I wish you pleasant autumn reading.
