Mazars: strengthens its brand on the Czech market

Prague, 24 August 2010: There was a change to the legal structure of the Mazars consulting group in the Czech Republic in June 2010. Now Mazars Consulting s.r.o., as the successor to the Mazars group-owned RSM Hemmelrath Audit s.r.o., is also operating under the Mazars name in the Czech Republic in addition to the actual integrated subjects Mazars s.r.o. and Mazars Audit s.r.o.

Mazars Consulting, s.r.o.‘s main area of business will remain the providing of valuation / appraisal services and services in the area of economic and organisational consulting. “It is the culmination of a significant stage of our operations in the Czech Republic,” stated Milan Prokopius, the Managing Partner of Mazars in the Czech Republic and the Executive Director of Mazars Consulting s.r.o. “Now
we are able to provide the complete range of consulting and professional services under one brand. I am convinced that this change will also support the long-term positive growth of our business activity results in the Czech Republic.”
Mazars informed the public of the planned change to the legal structure in advance in the Transparency Report of Mazars in the Czech Republic, issued for the 2008-2009 financial year and available on Mazars’ Czech web pages.
