Audits of financial statements

The methodology of statutory audits is governed by the Business Corporations Act No.90/2012 Coll., as amended, Act No. 563/1991 Coll. on Accounting, as amended, and Act No. 93/2009 on Auditors, as amended. A statutory audit includes the audit of the financial statements for a particular accounting period. This is usually a calendar year.

An integral part of our services is the auditing of consolidated financial statements and financial statements prepared under international standards IAS/IFRS or US GAAP.  We also provide audit of extraordinary closing financial statements as needed by our clients.

Our services also include contractual audits based on the client’s specific requirements. These audits can be focused on the financial statements and supporting documents for the owners or founders of the companies or the parent company in order to verify the accounting integrity.
